Description:
Bartender’s play a key role in the delivering a personalized experience for each guest by
creating something special and unique just for them. Your role as a Bartender is to
provide exceptional service and work as part of a team to deliver an unforgettable guest
experience.


Job Duties:

  • Offer professional, friendly and engaging service personalized to cater to every
    type of guest.
  • Take beverage orders directly from guests and servers.
  • Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
    for food and beverage servers.
  • Thorough knowledge and presentation of daily specials, food and drink options
    and general information, ability to suggest and recommend items to the guest.
  • Delivering prompt but appropriate flow of service.
  • Ensuring that all products are stocked and the bar is kept clean.
  • Knowledge of POS system and processing of guest payments.
  • Follow the restaurant’s policies and procedures, adhere to the grooming policies
    of the resort.
  • Other duties as required
    Required Experience.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience in high volume fast paced bar or restaurant is required.
  • One year minimum bartending experience.
  • Experience with POS and/or Micros systems.
  • Successful completion of the Provincial Certification Alcohol Service Certificate
    prior to start date (BC – Serving It Right, AB - ProServe).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, positive team player.

Required Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience is an asset.
