Bell Desk Attendant’s are responsible for handling and delivering guest luggage and
answering guest queries in an efficient manner while working in a fast-paced
environment. Your role will be to provide exceptional service and work as part of a
team to achieve great success and creating a memorable first impression for the guest!


Job Duties:

    • Offer professional, friendly and engaging service


    • Receive and deliver luggage/other items to and from hotel rooms – coordinate
      with the front desk to ensure organization and timeliness of delivery to the guest


    • Store and retrieve guest equipment from ski storage or coordination with the ski


    • Answer guest inquiries regarding the area, resort and hotel services and facilities


    • Ensure entrance to hotel is clean and clear of debris/snow


    • Maintain public areas of the hotel including the ski storage area


    • Participate in the operation of hotel guest activities as needed


    • Follow all safety policie


    • Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards


  • Other duties as required

Required Experience:

    • Previous hospitality experience is an asset


    • Exceptional customer service abilities


    • Ability to work in stressful, high-pressure situations


    • High attention to detail


    • Strong decision-making, organizational and communication skills


    • Strong leadership skills, positive team player


Start Dates: 05-12-2019 until 15-12-2019

End Dates: 15-03-2020 until 15-04-2020
